New Listings
Twenty-eight new listings came on the market this past week in Salisbury and Wicomico County, with an average list price of $168,200.
Pending This Week
Last week seventeen residential properties went under contract in Wicomico County. The average time on market before going pending was 12.6 months. The average list price of these properties was $173,800. Five homes were on the market fewer than 90 days.
Sold This Week
Four homes sold last week in Salisbury and Wicomico County. The average time on market was 2.4 months and sold for an average of 97% of the list price. Currently, there are nearly 700 active residential listings within the county, which includes single family, townhomes, condos and duplexes. Foreclosures and short sales make up 22% of the available properties. Mortgage rates were down slightly at around 3.75% for a 30 year fixed mortgage.
