New Listings
Twenty-seven new listings came on the market this past week in Salisbury and Wicomico County, with an average list price of $203,400.
Pending This Week
Last week sixteen residential properties went under contract in Wicomico County. The average time on market before going pending was 8.8 months. The average list price of these properties was $176,300.
Sold This Week
Twelve homes sold last week in Salisbury and Wicomico County. The average time on market was 7.6 months and sold for an average of 89% of the list price. Currently, there are nearly 680 active residential listings within the county, which includes single family, townhomes, condos and duplexes. Foreclosures and short sales make up 22% of the available properties. Mortgage rates were up slightly at around 3.875% for a 30 year fixed mortgage.
