This past week saw 37 new listings for single family homes in Salisbury and Wicomico County, with 24 of those listed between $150,000 and $300,000, the range where most sales are taking place. Eight more are listed under $150,000, presenting more choices for entry level buyers and investors.

Pending This Week
This week 29 single family homes went under contract in Wicomico County. Eleven were on the market less than 60 days and five of those less than 30 days. The average time on market before going under contract 4.5 months.

Sold This Week
Sixteen more homes sold last week in Wicomico County. On average, the homes sold for 96% of the asking price for the week. Average time on market was 4.4 months. Currently, there are nearly 910 active single family listings within the county. Rates remained steady at around 6.5% for a 30 year fixed conforming mortgage.
