Dale E. King, EBA, started on his path to working full time in real estate with the purchase of an investment property in 1991, at the ripe old age of 22. He was fascinated with the process of purchasing real estate at the time, but had no idea real estate sales would be his business some years down the road. When that property was sold in 1996, he enlisted the services of Corey Kennington, broker of Kennington Realty and long time friend to assist him in the purchase of his second home. Corey did an excellent job of representing Dale in buying the home in Delmar where he currently resides. At the end 2003, he was ready to take the plunge and work in real estate full time. “After 18 years in construction and remodeling, with the last 10 of those years having my own business, I was ready for a change and do something I would love doing and be passionate about”, he recalls. Now in his fourth year with Kennington Realty representing Buyers in the Salisbury and Delmar real estate markets, the fire within is stronger than ever.
